Brian and I celebrated 14 years since our first date (the day before Valentine’s Day) this week. Sometimes it feels like two or three lifetimes ago, we were such different people then. And so I couldn’t resist sharing this picture of us from a banquet probably a month or so after that date. We look about 12 years old (we were 19), and Brian still had acne. It makes me all kinds of happy.
